After looking for an orthopedic surgeon in the Roseville area I found Dr. Bales while doing an online search. I called his office and was immediately welcomed by a very friendly staff member who set me up with an initial appointment. During the appointment I felt very comfortable in knowing that my questions were being answered in a precise and timely manner. The doctor was very complete in his explanation of the surgery I was to be facing and put my mind at ease. I had the surgery two months ago, and am following up with Dr. Bales in my post-surgery care. I am thoroughly satisfied with the care I received from the doctor and his staff and highly recommend him!
