although bethesda office is better than rockville as far as customer service, they present wait time, couldn't offer a glass of water while i was in pain. the rockville customer service associates are really bad, specially Bryan. I got the wrong call/explanation o installments for my invoice, to then receive another call, saying i have to pay about $2k in full, then they charged me the wrong amount. they had to refund me. Excessive wt, 1 hour, 45 minutes, last time more than 15..
