“First, Dr. Patel entered the exa...”

First, Dr. Patel entered the exam room 35-40 minutes late with no apology. He said "I'm running late today". This was my first visit w/Dr. Patel. He proceeded to read my medical file, asking questions to confirm info. He mentioned my blood pressure and adding a new medication to my regiment. He DID NOT EXAM me.
