“I had ( have) a concern about an...”

I had ( have) a concern about an area behind my scrotum, after requesting assistance on my well span page, I was seen with very short notice, the Dr. Was prompt, courteous and professional, she also sent me for an ultra sound, which was also prompt, courteous and professional. Next up, I was referred to a urologist. I appreciate your systems addressing my concerns promptly.
