“Nurse or assistant insisted my c...”

Nurse or assistant insisted my child change into a gown. He is 11 years old. I'd argue. He is too old for a gown at this point. After coming in, the doctor was fine with him staying in his Street clothes. Just seems like the staff should be on the same page.
