Equally supportive and kind is Dr Rosen who helped us understand the context of our decisions and showed us a great amount of empathy for our situation and our desires to have a family. We feel so fortunate for the team that supported us all along the way.

Dr Rosen was fine, but contributed to the feeling of this being quite casual. We almost had the impression that it was the last appointment of the day and the team was "checking the box". Surprisingly, when I asked Dr Rosen about an issue specific to my case and recent ultrasounds, he wasn't familiar with it, suggesting he did not look at my file before the procedure.
