“I have been dealing with a lung ...”

I have been dealing with a lung issue for 4 months with an outside doctor. Within the time I saw Dr Zgoda he had fully listened to me and had a CT scan and blood work done the same day. I have more answers and full confidence he is handling my issue. He made me feel so comfortable. I have more answers now than I did 4 months ago.

As I stated previously, it is just unacceptable to order tests and never call you with results.And then have a nurse call you five days later.
