I'm putting all fives here because I came to the appointment with pain that had defied a diagnosis and Dr. Svetska superbly explained that there were no structural reasons that could explain my symptoms. Of course I would have preferred for there to be a reason, but it was very helpful to understand what was not causing my problem and he also recommended I follow up with an endocrinologist on a separate issue. He was very thorough, sympathetic, and helpful.
