I wear mine at night and it doesn't interfere with sleeping. He then fashioned a dental orthotic which I use. TMJ pain has been relieved to a great degree. , The trigger point electric therapy had immediate results and loosened my very tight neck muscles so that I could turn my neck with little or no pain. I would recommend him to anyone who wants sure results.
