“Saved me from a lot of pain and agony”

My jaw was a mess. It would lock up during the night and i would wake up in a panic. I tried many different things but i never felt that anyone or anything was really helping.Until i met Dr. Mike Pilar - TMJ Specialist. He diagnosed me quickly and accurately and exhibited a vast and broad knowledge of my condition. He fit me for an NTI and its been two years now that i feel like a new person. THank you Dr. Pilar

“He's compassionate, listens well, and has explained all my problems with clear explanations of my symptoms. He;s got a great humor.”

When I first met him his ability to make me feel so comfortable was incredible. My jaw is feeling so much better than when I first saw him. Ironic when I was gonna see him for my follow up I dropped my orthotic down the sink drain and I miss it so much and I know now how it feels not to have one. I came up from Florida just so I can see him for my follow up. I've been told to get a Dentist in Florida, but I won't change Dr. Mike Pilar for anyone else. When I need to see him I will come back up

“A Warm and Personal Touch”

From day 1, I felt I was in good and professional hands. Dr. Pilar gave clear explanations as to what might be causing my neck pain. Everything made sense and agreed with my own persona research. He then fashioned a dental orthotic which I use. TMJ pain has been relieved to a great degree. , The trigger point electric therapy had immediate results and loosened my very tight neck muscles so that I could turn my neck with little or no pain. I would recommend him to anyone who wants sure results.

“i've been using this deep programing orthotic since 2008.”

My experience with Dr Pilar has been excellent. I come once a year for him to custom make this unique orthotic. It is comfortable to wear during the day if one wishes. I wear mine at night and it doesn't interfere with sleeping.

Where other orthotics may cost hundreds or thousands of dollars and frequent visits to a dentist, this orthotic is covered by medicare and I only see Dr. Pilar once a year.

I highly recommend Dr. Pilar.

“Truly excellent TMJ specialist”

I have been a patient of Dr. Pilar's for about 9 years, after having gone to other Drs for TMJ issues. Dr. Pilar is THE expert in this field, and goes above and beyond to listen to, treat, explain, care about his patients. He truly seeks to heal and improve his patients' lives and well-being. He is so detail-oriented in making the NTI's, much like a sculptor, seriously. He makes sure everything is perfect. He is the expert in his field, and cares sincerely about his patients.
