I was in the office for 90 minutes. Long delays between tests with no feed back. Actual time spent with the doctor - eight minutes. However, ignoring the clinic follow up visits, I would highly recommend this doctor for the surgery

“On reflection after my appointme...”

On reflection after my appointment, I realised that we had not discussed other options to surgery. I contacted Dr Krause, who immediately called me back and addressed all of my concerns in our follow-up conversation.

“The PA or NP which ever she was ...”

The PA or NP which ever she was gave me the best eye tests and exams I have received in years. She was thorough and made a point of actually diagnosing that I was using 'readers' that were quite inadequate for my situation. She then recommended a prescription for glasses that I will no doubt fill. Since the appointment, I have purchased new readers that are very helpful. I am appreciative for her thoroughness, patience and knowledge. Dr. Krause was also very helpful and thorough.
