“Dr. Odrich and his staff have al...”

Dr. Odrich and his staff have always been caring and supportive. Dr. O has made room in his schedule when I had to been seen unexpectedly with no questions. I understand that he operates his practice like that. If you need to be seen or are running late he will make it work. Once when I came in I was having a terrible day, due to severity of my illness/disease which is not limited to my eyes, and began crying during my appointment. He stopped with the standard appointment. And expertly talked to me in a very concerned manner and with great skill he redirected me. It was a subtle redirect, I knew it was happening but he did so with compassion and grace. I left feeling truly cared for. I am thankful to have my eyes cared for by Dr. O.
