“I really appreciated the time th...”

I really appreciated the time the doctor took in listening, reviewing my medical chart and then giving explanations using images and technical (yet appropriate for a non-medical person) language. I left the appointment understanding more about the heart, why certain things happened and what can be done to further test or monitor. I didn't feel rushed, and I felt listened to.
