Unfortunately my P/A is leaving the practice and re-locating out of the area. I was always concerned this could happen. It saddened me. She is a wonderful and caring professional. She put me at ease at my appointments. I can only hope this kind and caring with any existing personnel or new hires will carry that same compassion. It's truly important for a patient's overall appointment experience.

My mom was very happy to meet Jennifer He. She was very kind and courteous. She spoke to my mom in Chinese which was so convenient and it helped my mom to understand better with her condition. After the visit, my mom told me that she will be happy to see Jennifer again.
