“Terrible experience for a 16 yea...”

Terrible experience for a 16 year old child with unknown skin condition. No empathy from the doctors or practitioner seeing us. The front desk and scheduling people were better than the actual physicians. For a family that doesn't go to the doctor often, the lack of care, compassion was exactly what is wrong with the medical in our country. They just don't care and don't really want to find a solution. It's sad

Our son lost his pediatrician as he moved on to another practice. We were assigned to Dr. Davies and were hesitant due to all the negative reviews we received. My husband shared the experience he and my son had and the reviews were accurate. He was rude, hurried and upon entering didn't show courtesy of knocking before coming in. He ended up opening the door hitting our two year old. No harm was done but no apology given. We know our son and his needs and when my husband asked questions he was dismissed. We will either be looking for another pediatrician or another doctors office.

I have been taking my kids to doctor Davis now for 22 years. He's an amazing doctor and really cares about what the parents have to say.
