Terrible experience for a 16 year old child with unknown skin condition. No empathy from the doctors or practitioner seeing us. The front desk and scheduling people were better than the actual physicians. For a family that doesn't go to the doctor often, the lack of care, compassion was exactly what is wrong with the medical in our country. They just don't care and don't really want to find a solution. It's sad
