“I was very unhappy with the amou...”

I was very unhappy with the amount of time I had to wait in the waiting room. We waited over 30 minutes to be brought back and my child was not seen by the doctor until over 30 minutes past her appointment time. Because of this the lab was closed and we were not able to pick up the items she needed. I was very disappointed and the doctor was not bothered that he was late to the appointment.
