“I was very nervous and scared ab...”

I was very nervous and scared about this appointment, but the PA was truly amazing, he broke down everything into simple terms and had examples. His manorism was professional,curious and informative. I walked out truly know why I was there and the steps we are going to take. My anxiety level was a 10 before and I walk out feeling it was at a 1.
