I have been with Dr Crooks for more than 3 years (with Jessica for a year) and I can happily say that they treat me like family, not just a number. Always asking how I'm doing, how's my family, how's work, etc. This tells me how caring they are, and they are actually listening. I went to a few pain management doctors with no relief, and they had made me feel like my pain didn't matter, they just sat with me for less than 2 mins. Now after being with Dr Crooks and Jessica, my pain relief has minimized and I can now focus on what matters which is my family (of course!). Not only are the providers awesome, the staff are phenomenol!!! I know all by first names, and I always get a huge warm welcome everytime I come into the lobby and from all the Medical Assistants (sending love to Maria, Sergio, Gaby, and Sonya!) I'm so proud to say I'm a family member of Dr Crooks and staff :o)
