I was pleasantly surprised by this doctor. He was very knowledgable about my non-ENT conditions and understood my concern over meds. He was thorough, kind and just overall liked him. I like his light hearted interactions and he had a good personality. I find that important because it puts me at ease. He never tried to overtalk me or make me feel beneath him as many do. He is a keeper! I may switch to him permanently.

Didn't feel good about most of the visit. MD spoke very quickly, so hard to take in everything he was saying, and had to ask for repeat and further clarification. [...] seemed rushed from the time he entered the room. Had to ask questions for more info re what he told me, but he did respond with some answers, though I had to question further still to feel I fully understood the situation. He did seem to do a little better overall toward the end, seeming a bit less rushed and perhaps a bit more understanding of my questions. [...]

Gave me some good tips to do at home the only thing that the doctor forgot my last appointment to make my hearing test now I have to come back.
