Premera, Regence, Asuris, HMA, Bridgespan, Lifewise, & Group Health PPO plans. Many of our current patients have VSP. We are not in network with VSP due to unreasonable contractual requirements. We do, however, make it easy for patients to self-submit an Out-Of-Network claim with VSP and other discounters (Eyemed, Davis, etc) by providing all necessary documentation.
