Dr. Salcedo's team and nurses were excellent when calling me and keeping me updated with this telehealth appointment. I appreciated that they communicated with me regarding when I expected to connect with Dr. Salcedo. Dr. Salcedo is an excellent provider - she was very thorough asking me all pertinent questions and making sure I had a regimen that was tailored to my health condition. When we found out one of my medications prescribed was not covered by my insurance, I messaged her on MyChart. Her nurse wasted no time, called me to clarify further, and notified Dr. Salcedo in a timely manner. Dr. Salcedo very quickly was able to send and alterative equivalent prescription to my pharmacy and updated me on MyChart that same day. I was able to pick up my medications without any problems after that and am so grateful for her and her team.
