I had been a patient of Dr. Louis Constan for over 30 years. I had a stroke, and was getting forgetful. I missed one appointment and was late for another. I received a phone call stating that since I missed two appointments, they would no longer see me. Really? After 30 years?! The office girl that called me simply said, "Yup." Amazing...
