“Dr. Arviso scoped my voice box a...”

Dr. Arviso scoped my voice box and found my right vocal cord to be paralyzed after going through thyroid cancer surgery. She explained a procedure by inserting collagen into my right vocal cord to keep it straight instead of flat. She answered all our questions with patience and knowledge.
