All in all, the testing experience for my vocal cords was an interesting and thorough experience. I was very happy to find out there is nothing seriously wrong. However, I would have liked some written info. To explain the findings of the muscle tension and the vocal cords not closing as they should. At the end of my visit, the explanations happened so quickly. I asked questions as I thought of them, but I would have liked more info. , such as the effects of my problems and the long-term benefits of treatments. I'm sure I can call to get my questions answered, but some written info. would also be helpful.

Dr. Hopewell was knowledgeable about my medical history, listened carefully to my concerns and focused on them with regard to treatment. She presented me with multiple treatment options and the reasoning behind each one. She is thorough and professional.
