“I felt that the provider did not...”

I felt that the provider did not really listen to my concerns for my daughter and did not explain things in a way that was easy to understand. At the visit she stated that our test results showed no bacteria, meaning my daughter did not have a bladder infection, but then in a later message stated she had skin bacteria. This is very confusing (and that's coming from someone with a masters degree).
