“The wait time was HORRIBLE. The ...”

The wait time was HORRIBLE. The appointment time was 3pm. We did not see a medical student until 3:50pm. We did not see the doctor until 4:15pm. There was ZERO acknowledgment of being extremely behind. There was zero communication about delays. I am extremely unhappy and dissatisfied with how long we had to wait to see the doctor. The worst part is the time in which spent with the doctor was a total of 15 minutes, so we waited an hour and 15 minutes past the appointment time to only spent 15 minutes with the doctor. Very disappointing.

Dr. Holland is patient and kind. She listens to all concerns and thoughtfully comes up with a plan. She is thorough and explains everything in a way that is easy to understand. I would recommend her over and over again.
