While we have had a wonderful experience with our practitioners the past decade for our daughter's unique medical needs, this last appointment with Dr. Fiallo was very disappointing. Her bedside manner while delivering her confusion over my daughter's prognosis was infuriating. It's ok to not have the answers, but to repeatedly say (well over 5 times) that this just doesn't make sense and shouldn't be happening in front of my 10 year old isn't what I expect from a professional. We also had a medical student, resident, and fellow in the room with us, which is absolutely ok, but I'm guessing they were also off put by Dr. Fiallo's response. I may be reaching out for a new endocrinologist, but I'm unsure if there is one who has experience with my daughter's unique condition.

For me it is inexplicable, I have no words to describe how kind the professionals are, and how they strive with great love to attend to patients, I am very grateful for that gesture of attention,
