“Dr Tunis pulled up test results ...”
Dr Tunis pulled up test results that I'd been anxious to hear about, he even pulled up a PC display of my affected area and explained the difference between normal/damaged so I could completely understand going forward what options, suggestions, conservative or immediate choices could be made. So as it were, I needed those extra minutes too.It would have been helpful if the nurse popped in to address the delay.
