“Warm but also very professional.”

Called at 6:45 a.m. with a broken tooth. Someone actually answered the phone. Got in at 8:30. New crown made on the spot and placed by 10:30. State of the art. Like the new guy even though I was at first disappointed that my old Dr. Jones wouldn't be here today. The new doc was fun, casual, but also professional and obviously very well trained.
