I have never been so pleased with a group of medical professionals as this one. I can't think of one thing or one person that wasn't far beyond my expectations including: friendliness, professionalism, knowledge, concern, care, timeliness etc. Even when I woke early the morning of my surgery with a sore throat and called the after hours number, I received a callback within 5 minutes and it was from Dr. Snezik himself. I also appreciate that there have been no long hold times when I have called and My Chart message have been answered in a timely and complete manner. The experience was outstanding which is hard to imagine given my prognosis required surgery. I could go on and on talking about how wonderful this group is.
