“Unfriendly, non-responsive to patient, incorrectly bills to get more money”
In the years I have seen Dr. Heyrana, I have never received a smile or a friendly word from the doctor, or from anyone else in the office. During routine exams, the doctor refuses to even listen to requests for additional blood tests. When lab results come back, Dr. Heyrana does not appear to look at them at all. She simply assigns an office assistant to report the results to the patient by phone.
