Dr. Rubi is absolutely the best doctor I have ever had! He is always aware of my current health condition, answers questions thoroughly & if medicine or additional action is required, he reacts immediately. I never had a question or condition that he did not have the answer or the required care to resolve the condition. His prescribed medicines, recommendations & care is the reason that my health is very good for my age.
