“Coming from a gi provider that ...”
Coming from a gi provider that has malpractice issues and gave a lot of different advice, it has been more challenging to make this switch. Dr. Essers can come off very intense. But he is very responsive on mychart and after a second visit I really gained more trust. He really listens, doesn't rush all the questions I had and was very thorough in how explanations. It is taking some rewiring in my own brain but I feel really good about him caring for my son.
