Dr. East and his staff are a blessing for my 64 year old back and neck. I was told I should consider surgery 20 years ago. But Dr. East developed a pain management plan for me that allows me to maintain my active lifestyle without being operated on! I have been coming to Dr. East for 6 months and he has been treating my back and has made immense progress with easing the pain. He has performed several nerve blocks and a rhizotomy on my lower right back, which has made a huge difference in my pain level and quality of life. This summer I was rear ended by an 18-Wheeler while I was sitting still. I herniated disks in my neck and lower back. I am in my upper 40s, but extremely active in Brazilian Jiujitsu. I am also a nurse and neck and back pain are extremely debilitating for me. I went to Dr. East and he has been outstanding! While we are still working on the issue, I feel much better! His office staff, the Nurse Practitioner, Sylvia Flores-Bugarin have all been fantastic. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. East!

I first went to Dr .East with severe Lumbar and Thoracic pain. I was missing a lot of work , not sleeping well and in constant pain. This is my follow-up review , about 2 months after having a Rhizotomy (burning away nerves) The first few days after the procedure , the pain would fade out sometimes, but then come back. After about 10 days the pain went away. Completely. The entire experience, with Dr. East and his wonderful staff was just great ! 5 stars and 2 thumbs up !

All of the providers at Addison Pain have gone above and beyond for me! I cheered my entire life and about a year ago experienced chonic low back pain. I came to Addison Pain and completed a lumbar MRI and found out I had a tear in my disc at L3/L4 which was causing pain across my low back, wrapping around my waist, into my groin and leg. Last June, I had PRP (platelet rich plasma) injected into my torn disc, in hopes to help heal the tear. Knowing that PRP takes at least 90 days to start working, I didn't lost hope. It was right at the 3 month mark that I was standing in my best friend's wedding and it dawned on me that I wasn't experiencing low back pain! I feel as though every day, my low back has gotten better. I still modify some workouts just to be safe but I will be repeating PRP soon to continue to help with the healing process! I can not recommend Dr. East and Addison Pain enough. Regenerative medicine is the way to go! SO happy I found Dr. East!

I needed to be seen quickly because my hip was hurting out of nowhere to the point I was almost unable to walk. They were able to get me an appointment with Sylvia within a 2 days and she was able to schedule my MRI, give me an adjustment and also did injections in my hip and back at my first visit. Dr. Sylvia was able to give me injections that helped a few days and then Dr. East did an injection that removed ALL of my pain. I do not have any restrictions or lack of mobility now. Dr. East was so cheerful and kind and even though I was nervous, he made it quick & painless. Making my appointment was fast, Shannon was able to get me in the next day to see Dr. Sylvia because I had already taken off work and then Bri got my insurance to tell me what amount they would cover. Other than my deductible it was all covered by insurance. Doctor east is awesome! He recognizes that his patients are people and is always very friendly with a smile on his face. He is also very knowledgeable and can pinpoint where pain is coming from very quickly. I had cervical rediculopathy and after having surgery, have had chronic pain in my neck and upper back. Dr. East has taken the time to figure out where my pain is and tried different solutions until finding the correct ones to relieve my pain. I highly recommend Dr. East. The rest of his staff, nurse practitioner and medical assistants are great too. Very friendly and helpful.

Doctor east is awesome! He recognizes that his patients are people and is always very friendly with a smile on his face. He is also very knowledgeable and can pinpoint where pain is coming from very quickly. I had cervical rediculopathy and after having surgery, have had chronic pain in my neck and upper back. Dr. East has taken the time to figure out where my pain is and tried different solutions until finding the correct ones to relieve my pain. I highly recommend Dr. East. The rest of his staff, nurse practitioner and medical assistants are great too. Very friendly and helpful.

I was able to be seen within a couple days and saw Sylvia Bugarin, she was able to do trigger point injections at my first visit. When I came back a few days later she did another set of injections because I was only about 75% better. The second injection completely restored my ability to move my arm. I have not had any pain since but continue to see her for chiropractic adjustments and that is helping me so much! The office and all of the providers are so informative and tell you exactly what is going on in the body and teach you how to exercise so you keep yourself strong.

I was diagnosed with a massive herniated disk about four weeks ago by my Dr. I was in really bad pain and could not wait another week or two to get the epidural shot in his office and he recommended me to Dr East. The office got me in first thing Monday morning and had me scheduled for the procedure the next day. He has literally changed my life and saved my marriage! He is brilliant! I had mentioned, jokingly, something about my husband and he brought up the A-MAZING O shot. I was immediately on board because I knew I needed it. It took about 6 weeks to kick in (he told me it wasn't instant) but OMG when it did, it was THE game changer. Needless to say, husband and I are pleasantly surprised. I went back in for a second one just for good measure. I don't want it to stop. :)

I saw Sylvia and Dr. East because I was unable to turn my neck and the pain was going down into my shoulder. I was having 2-3 migraines a week. It was making it almost impossible to drive or lift things. Sylvia was able to give me an adjustment and she put some trigger point injections in my neck. After the first visit my migraine was better and gone the next afternoon. After 3 visits my neck was moving like normal again. There is nothing like getting back to normal and knowing that if it returns I can be scheduled for an injection in my neck with Dr. East and that I do not have to just live with migraines or lack of mobility!

I had a steroid injection in my shoulder and within 2 days the pain was almost gone and I could lift my arm to get dressed without help! I was able to do a video visit after my injection so Sylvia was able to make sure I was on the mend. Everyone at Addison Pain is helpful and friendly. Dr. Sylvia always communicates clearly and makes sure that i understand everything involving my treatment and my condition. I've been coming here for a little over a year. Dr. East always takes the time to give suggestions on the different options that are available to me. Ive been suffering from back pain for years to where i would wake up with constant stiffness and pain. I would walk around for a few hours and it would get a little better. If i would sit or more than 30 min and my pain would return. After a low back rhizotomy, the pain was almost compeltely gone. It lasted for years and when the pain returned, I repeated the procedure. Im pain free again and happy to return to my regular activities.

I had a prp injection in my shoulder. I had shoulder pain for years and it got so bad i could barely raise my arm over my head. After the injection, i feel like I did before my injury. I have full range of motion and i'm able to workout again without being in constant pain.

Dr. East and Sylvia do an excellent job of finding out the best treatment for my back and knee pain. They are super positive people. I can recommend them highly enough. I get epidurals for my back and neck, Dr East is so good at this that I feel very little pain when he gives me shots. They have the ability to put you under while getting shots however in my opinion its not needed because he is so good at making sure I am at ease. Sylvia does an excellent job of rehabing my back with adjustments and such.

Dr. East took the time to explain every detail, including the specific problems with my spine, how they had developed, and how his treatments would address the issues I had. I've had numerous facet joint injections, which have provided me with a good deal of relief, and have improved my ability to go about my daily life as a student and at work. Dr. East and his team have kept my personal well-being at the center of my treatment. For one of my injections, Dr. East was happy to see me early in the morning, before Addison Pain opened for the day for the day, in order to fit me into his schedule. After seeing spine specialist's in Colorado, Nevada and then after my move to Texas over a 20+ yr period Dr East was the one who was able to find and treat the root of my injury which i received from a racing accident.
