Dr. Wynne, is a very kind Dr. he listed to all my questions and answered them in terms I could understand. His office was clean and the staff was very inviting. “Total nightmare!”
Paid $170.00 for a Rx that was wrong twice and never got my full set of contacts and can't get glasses because of the wrong Rx. The secretary is unprofessional, condescending and rude. She told me that "a refund will not be given and that they will be more than happy to do another exam...for a fee". When she didn't want to tell me when dr wynn will be in, i asked her to be professional and just give me the days and times he will be in. She said "I will be as professional as you are."
