“Rude, impatient and unfriendly”
Seems intelligent and informed, but was very rude, impatient and unfriendly. She seemed annoyed by having to speak with a patient, and offended me at least 6 times in 20 minutes. Every time I mentioned something she disagreed with or thought was of little concern, instead of just informing me that I shouldn't worry about it and providing me with some simple information to put me at ease, she very audibly groaned and even said, "oh God!" while rolling her eyes and saying nothing else. I am left with no more information about my condition, and a feeling of resentment because I think she could have given me information and instead just gave me judgement and attitude. Despite her apparent competence, her demeanor inspired no trust whatsoever. She just doesn't seem to care at all about her patient.
