“Exemplary visit”

Highly skilled. Very talented. I have seen her perform both in the clinic and in the OR. Any service that I have received is above and beyond my expectations. She is the most sought after physician at Penn State Hershey Medical Center for facial surgery. She is also my request at the clinic. Dr . Lighthall also has the ability to mentor others using clear concise direction. On top of all her skills she has a great personality.

Dr. Lighthall is knowledgeable, caring and kind. She treated me as a person, not just a patient. I trust her to cut up and fix my face, I trust and respect her. Dr. Lighthall expertly handled the balance of being a skilled surgeon with understanding of how to treat me with care and respect. I would give her credit as being one of the most approachable and professional doctors I have interacted with over my 66years of life. I love hearing her advice and receiving the benefits of her as a trained and fundamentally genuine Doctor/person. Thank you for asking.

“My concerns and my wishes were heard and honored”

My experience with Dr. Lighthall was extremely positive. I felt heard, I felt respected, and she alleviated my pre procedural anxieties by fully informing me about the procedure and what to expect post op. I went into my procedure (septorhinoplasty) feeling relaxed and confident in her expertise. One week post op, my results are exactly what I expected/wanted. Would definitely recommend her to my friends/family or anyone seeking nasal surgery for functional or cosmetic purposes.
