Jessica always shows true concern, empathy, and compassion for her patient. She goes over my chart and checks to see how any of my past history has affected my current health. She always seems concerned and never makes me feel any negativity while I'm in her office. Jessica is always very patient, thorough, and always makes me feel happy when I leave her room. She always makes sure that all appointments are scheduled before I leave.

Jess treats me with respect and kindness, I know she genuinely cares. I am slightly disappointed, though, with her lack of knowledge and desire to learn more about my running and nutritional needs as an endurance runner. I realize this is not her specialty, but it's apparent her lack of time as a healthcare provider leaves me to advocate and educate myself. She was unaware of how low my ferritin level was and when I asked about being referred to a sports dietitian, she had no answers for me. Overall Jess is great and I trust her heart, but this form of healthcare is not optimal.
