Taking into account the previous two reviews I am saddened to hear of their experiences. No patient should be made to feel that way. My experience, however, has been different and obviously I rate very high. She has been very perceptive, engaging, responsive, insightful and comprehensive in her approach. She has run labs that may affect medicine interactions with the body and in reviewing symptoms and picked up on a number of things my other md's did not pick up on. Nothing good about my experiences with this Doctor. Lost test results twice, wait time is ridiculous, staff is rude, office is poorly laid out- you can hear everything! Serious suicide risk, and they didn't call me back for 5 hours. Then they couldn't see me before my next appointment, which was 2 weeks away. When I arrived 2 weeks later, very ill, I was told that I owed $150 for cancelling my last appointment. I said I would pay it, pay my co-pay for the current appointment and they could ta...
“Do Not go to this Doctor!”
Nothing good about my experiences with this Doctor. Lost test results twice, wait time is ridiculous, staff is rude, office is poorly laid out- you can hear everything! In my opinion and experience, Dr. Morris used to be a great doctor. Something changed over the last year of the many years I was her patient. Charting of meds was done incorrectly, payments were not recorded, patient calls were not returned for over a week, refills were not made and the doctor was hostile towards me when I voiced dissatisfaction and concern. I was left (due to her charting mistake & not responding to calls) without an anti-seizure drug for 4 days that I am not able to miss even ...
