“The appointment experience was g...”

The appointment experience was good and the wait time prior to the appointment was fast. I was very disappointed that I waited in the exam room for over an hour and had to check with the nurse that I had not been forgotten. The doctor came in short after me speaking with his nurse. Total wait time was about 1 hour 15 minutes from original appointment time.
