Cleaning was painless (except for my ears: that ultrasonic tool!) and my replacement filling was fine. Dr. Strachan adjusted the height a few times until it was just right.

In the past I've always had that traumatic fear whenever I visited a dentist. But Jeff is gentle and he always lets me know what he's about to and will say "you're going to feel a pinch" before injecting novocaine. The pinch is all I've ever felt. He works swiftly and best of all, painlessly. I've had extractions, root canals, gum work, and implants all done, within this year and never felt pain and thanks to him I have my teeth back. Dr. Strachan always take the time to find out how everything is with you outside of dental care. Though I have only seen Dr. Strachan a couple of times, I have been impressed with the work he does. I'm used to spending most of my appointment time with the dental hygienist, but Dr. Strachan is there the entire time. I needed a few procedures done including an implant. He created a treatment plan that worked for me in regard to importance, schedule, and cost. The staff here is also friendly and the most professional I've ever worked with. The office is also in a great location in Downtown Brooklyn near many buses and trains.
