Complete alarmist, orders unnecessary tests, inaccurate (to say the least) book keeping, all of which he has been previously investigated for in mulitple states. Had his license suspended for one year and was on probation for two years. Found to be guilty of misconduct, ordering un-necessary tests and false advertising by the Medical Review Board 1998 & 2001!
