Offers Financing/Payment Plans?: No
Bills on a Sliding Scale?: No
Most insurance companies don't accept me. In Illinois, only about 5% of health plans will pay for acupuncture when performed by a Licensed Acupuncturist (L. Ac). Often they will pay for a chiropractor to do acupuncture (with 100 hours of training) or an MD (with no training in acupuncture) but rarely will they pay for an L.Ac with 3000 hours of training. For this reason, we are not set up to bill insurance. We ask for payment at the time of service. We can provide patients with a bill to submit and wish them luck.
