“I came to this office as a refer...”
I came to this office as a referral for constant nausea, vomiting, and stomach pain. My visit was to inquire if having a hiatal hernia repaired (found by UPMC) would be an option to manage my symptoms. Dr. Ryan told me I had no evidence of a hernia. He did not offer to run a tests, offer any other causes of my symptoms, or try to help me in any other way. He ended the visit by saying "sorry I couldn't help you" and left the room. Additionally when I arrived I was put in a awaiting room. 5 minutes later a different nurse came in and said she didn't know why I was brought there because the DR doesn't like this room and I was taken to a new exam room.
