“I felt extremely heard by Dr. Wi...”

I felt extremely heard by Dr. Williams and staff. It is not often but I felt extremely emotional during this experience. 30 years of going to different doctors and all them making it seem like what my body was going through was normal and finally hearing someone say no that is not normal let's get you on track was one of the best moments for me.
