1st and 2nd visit he talked down to me. I've had RA for 20+ yrs. He knew that. I'm on an injection med bc 20 yrs ago I tried what was available then and they didnt work. In the past my RA Drs saw me every 6 mos to do blood work., nothing ever changed. No pain, no swelling.

Support staff is inadequate. You leave a voicemail message and let them know you are at work and they continue to call you there 10 times and you end up calling accounting and they finally call you at that number. When I was in for my appointment, the pulse reader was not working. The nurse could not take my pulse. Her phone was dead therefore no pulse was taken.
They leave you a message and no call back number. I could go on and on.
