I cannot find anywhere else to put this and I am not sure who I should direct this to but when I was in the office yesterday and had my blood drawn it was the worst experience I have ever had having blood drawn. It was not the normal technician Mimi who is always bubbly and sweet. The lady that was there did not even speak to me she definitely didn’t follow anything Hippa and confirm my birthday however I can get past all that. When she walked up to me I thought she said how are you but she said which arm which is the only thing she said to me the entire time I was there. She then poked me very hard and when did not get a vein just moved the needle around while I said ouch She then still did not say anything just pulled out the needle and wrapped up that arm and And went to the other arm. Not a word about how she didn’t get the vein or hurt me. She was able to get it with the other arm. It is worth mentioning I am never difficult to find a vein.

1st and 2nd visit he talked down to me. I've had RA for 20+ yrs. He knew that. I'm on an injection med bc 20 yrs ago I tried what was available then and they didnt work. In the past my RA Drs saw me every 6 mos to do blood work., nothing ever changed. No pain, no swelling.

Support staff is inadequate. You leave a voicemail message and let them know you are at work and they continue to call you there 10 times and you end up calling accounting and they finally call you at that number. When I was in for my appointment, the pulse reader was not working. The nurse could not take my pulse. Her phone was dead therefore no pulse was taken. They leave you a message and no call back number. I could go on and on.
