Support staff is inadequate. You leave a voicemail message and let them know you are at work and they continue to call you there 10 times and you end up calling accounting and they finally call you at that number. When I was in for my appointment, the pulse reader was not working. The nurse could not take my pulse. Her phone was dead therefore no pulse was taken.
They leave you a message and no call back number. I could go on and on.

Original visit I felt he was talking down to me. I was diagnosed 20+ yrs ago with RA so RA is not new to me.
The follow up visit went a little.bit better. In my.opinion he needs to practice his "bed side.manners." I will continue to see him until he retires. March. He also spent too much time typing notes.

Dr Kesghi has a great beside manner and I decided to see her because my mother is her paitent as well. She helped rule out many illnesses that could be causing my symptoms. She explained my diagnosis of osteoarthritis & where it is located. I was told to take calcium in food form only due to the risk of plaque buildup in my heart since I am a type 1 diabetic. She explained that the issue with my autoimmune response and low gamma globulin levels needs to be addressed by an Infectious Disease specialist which is my next step. She also explained which over the counter or prescription pain medications I shouldn't take to not harm my Kidneys and told me what to take instead. The only criticism I would give which isn't her fault my 1st visit they couldn't draw blood which I'm used to so they gave me the lab sheet to take to Quest. Unfortunately Quest couldn't do the labs because there was no coding on the different types of tests needed. My primary care was able to help and sent the results.

I don’t feel she genuinely cares. She is all business, no ‘bedside manner’. It is difficult to find a good Rheumatologist, so I continue with your practice.
I have had RA for 50 years. I have had 5 rheumatologists over that time span, so I am speaking from knowledge.They have all been concerned for my pain, inflammation, fatigue, experience. Dr. K gets me in and out of the appointment ; doesn’t seem to understand what I deal with.
