I had a few appointments with Dr. Ma during my treatment. While the initial consult was fine, I felt increasingly frustrated with the follow-up care. At my most recent appointment, Dr. Ma arrived 25 minutes late without any acknowledgment or apology and was not personable. Overall, I didn't feel heard, or supported, and I would not recommend her based on my experience.
