Care provider was 20 mins late for apt, a member of her team did contact me after the start time to advise of the delay. While I appreciate that it was a video call from work, times should be kept as booked, if I was late I wouldnt be taken so it should work both ways. Also care provider didnt apologize for being late when she did join the call.
