Dr. Igbal is adequate. However, he nor his nurse returns requests for call backs. there is NO way to reach any one at the practice in person, unless you go to the office. He sent a referral to oncologist because of blood work. Neither He nor his nurse ever reached to me prior to the referral and neither have responded to my many, many messages i have left. I guess he and his practice are great, if you don't actually need anything more than basic care and ongoing refills.

Dr Iqbal was polite, friendly, listening and concerned taking too much Celebrex long-term. He explained this type of arthritis has no cure but through proper medication can be managed with minimal side effects. I left feeling positive that closely following orders I will be okay.

Both Dr. Iquib and Nurse Practioner either forgot or not paid attention to me informing them I had sclerosis in my eye. Could have been a simple mistake however it's alarming when you are a new patient and fearful of being misdiagnosed in the large Rhemotology world. Also the bathroom was not very clean. Dr. Iqbal and Neena saw me with very little wait time, and Neena took thorough notes of all my symptoms. She did a few physical tests before Dr. Iqbal came in, and he confirmed the diagnosis. It was a diagnosis I suspected, but they reassured me that I would be well taken care of. Neena then made sure my new medication didn’t interact negatively with my other medication, and she had it sent over to my pharmacist for me. All and all a painless experience, and I appreciate being able to move forward with my diagnosis.

I ask the scheduler if he had experience with Lyme disease and was told he had. When he saw me he told me he had no experience. He was upset with the dermatologist that did not even checked my condition with lab test and was treat for Lyme. Still he made the lab test. And took ownership of the situation.
